    Default Hero Planner

There's a program called Hero Planner that will help you plot your powers and enhancements. You can download it from here.

It's a must have for any super hero.

edit - I'm not sure if the download will work if you aren't in the beta. If you're having troubles with it, you can download it from me www.bakamnk.com/files/heroplanner.rar BUT please try their website first, you're eating up my bandwidth <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/tongue.gif ALT=":p">

Downloaded and it told me I needed the '.NET Framework' to install.

Possible stupid question... What '.NET Framework' are they talking about? Not a big deal, thought it would be interesting to see the program though.

I think you can go to coh.warcry.com and find a link to the planner plus notes from the author (Lil Pips?) on installation issues you may experience.

Yes, there are two or three different ones floating around these days. Each has added functionality over the ones from the CoH beta and release.

I can't remember any of the URLs off the top of my head, but they are fairly easy to find on the official boards. Just look for someone posting a build asking for advise. There will usually be a link to the builder they used near the top of the build.
