Our bare fist H2H damage formula as found by Raynard on the DBG EQ forums is floor(h2h_skill/15)+3; where the floor function means always round down. The Delay for our bare fists is a constant 38, unless you have the Epic 1.0 equipped in which case it drops to 26 delay.

Using the above information we get the following chart thru 314 skill (which included level 60):

*It is no longer possible to obtain our 1.0 before level 46; these numbers are only included for those who either delevel to below 46 or obtained the Monk 1.0 before they added the level check on the final turn in a couple years back.

Our discs pre level 51 are found in West Freeport, on the merchant named Teniyu Emua. The discs are Stone Throw, Elbow Strike, Resist Fear, Resist magic, and Focused Will.
Our discs post 51 are found in the EC tunnel on the merchant named Entock Malso.

With the release of PoP, a new merchant selling tomes is in the EC tunnel, Wilno Lilin. He sells all monk tomes, including the lull line Phantom wind.

Thrown weapons can be found on a merchant in West Freeport, Indarian Lyshius. Best ones imo are combine shuriken, 75 range, 8p a stack, and Forged Javelins, 240 range, 85p a stack.

Both brother Quinn and Z drop the robe

Monk weight restrictions are 14lbs at lv 1, and 17.8 at lv 50, and 24.9 at 60 and XX at 65

Just to reduce confusion, I suggest editing out the information which was incorrect at the bottom; I had just left that in the original post for posterity and continuity of replies later in that older thread.
