Default you know you are set in your ways when

you do not use any add ons to help you heal.

most people i have raided with are Agast at the fact that i never use the set focus command on the main tank or any tank.

note: i do use it when i am on my hunter

that i do not use clique or decursive or any other raid addon, i click and press...

the other funny thing is...i have Never ever used spiritwalkers grace as a shaman- while healing-i've used it a total of i think 3 times. even when doing firelands (ya i raid firelands with some casual raiding friends) i never ever to use it.

I'm with you, Len. I used to use Grid, but now that I can set up the default raid frames to nearly duplicate the look, the only thing I use that isn't 'stock' is mouseover macros. I find a heal much more quickly if I can just hover my mouse over the name in the grid and heal, rather than clicking on the name than healing.

Grid for healing, nothing else. Don't need clique or decursive. Even then I mostly use grid so the bars drain vertically instead of horizontally. It's similar to playing FPS games with the Y axis inverted, once I tried it I found it to be natural and can't go back.
