This is hella good vitals. Easy and cheap meal to feed a family.
Items:
1 package 6-8 Chicken Thighs
1 Can Cream of Chicken
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Canola Oil
2 Eggs
2 cups flour
Spices (Salt, pepper, garlic powder etc.. you'll see)
Season flour with spices to taste. Just as if you were to make a fried chicken coating. Beat eggs in a bowl. Dip Chicken in eggs and coat with spiced flour. Heat oil in frying pan over med/med-high heat. Fry chicken just enough to brown both sides, roughly one and half min each side. Place chicken on paper towles to absorb excess oil. Combine Cream of Chicken and milk and beat till smooth. Place chicken into deep dish baking pan and pour cream of chicken mixture over chicken. Cover Deep dish baking pan with foil and cook at 350 for 45 min. Serve over bed of rice.
Recommend Broccoli or Asparagus as a side
