Any way to save UI window configs?

Is there any way you can save the way you have your windows set up with the new UI? Each time i add or change something and reload my UI, all the windows get set back to default and i have to go through and move them back, change fade lvl etc... any way to avoid this? Would love to play with the new UI more but sucks having to redo everything with each change i make. =/
