UI crash to desktop, couldnt find anything with search

Well ive been avoiding the problem by just not even using the new UI, but now that i want to go to bazaar and use it i dont know what to do. When i turn on the new ui i crash to the desktop when i get past choosing my character. I havnt tried anything so everything is new to me. Gimme some help....

My guess is somehow your UI file is corrupted. Try moving the entire UI folder to somewhere else. When you rerun eq, it should patch and redownload a new ui folder. If you still crash, I think you are stuck using the old ui <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/ohwell.gif ALT=":"> that is if someone else can pinpoint your problem.
