View Full Version : What's up with battleground mana when you rez?
I start at like 3000/5000 mana when I rez. I see people rez at full mana, or 5000/6000. This sucks a lot. Is there a reason, or what?

i never rez at full HP either. usually 10% down from max.

I res at 2200/3400 hp and 2900/4900 mana. Nobody i've seen rezzes that low, hp, or mana :/

Well I'm just curious (since I die a lot and see my mana and health when I rez all the time):
Where do you rez?
At your body?
At the spirit rezzer?
If you rez at your body of course you won't have full health, it's just like rezzing outside of the instance.
If you rez at the spirit rezzer person within that 30 second time frame than you should have full health, I know every time I did.

God damnit.
No, I'm not being resurrected by a player. Nobody ever casts or accepts resurrect in pvp. I mean the spirit healer.
How far from full are you, len?
PS: Ask your friend at blizzard to fix this.

How is that possible Len, that seems crazy.
I played WG in both versions on test and the live version, and all 3 cases my mana is ALL OVER THE PLACE on rezzing.
Never, ever, ever, ever at 100% and never the same like the OP.
Edit: You got me whupped on HP, but not mana, I have 4600 ish unbuffed and that doesnt seem to make a diff.

I'm 59 now and have like 3900 hp/3900 mana in pvp gear and still rez at around 60% of both.

Slightly off topic question, but I'm wonder; do you loose durability on your armor on death in Battlegrounds?

Only in alterac, if an npc kills you.
You lose durability just from fighting, though. Even duels cost durability.

Precisely, and we are all wondering how thats the case when we have never been 100%
Edit: Ever, never ever, 100% ever.

I've died to numerous NPCs in Alterac Valley and never suffered 10% item durability loss on death. I'm pretty sure the entire zone is set up to not have death durability loss.
Also, I always rez (at the graveyard) with full health and mana. The only reason I could see someone being at less than full health is, for example, if a priest gets a rez, casts PW:F on themselves, and gets MotW and AI, well then, of course they wouldn't be at full health/mana...obviously, that's not what you're talking about.
Are you sure you aren't dying near a graveyard and accidentally clicking accept on the normal rez box and not using the timered one? Just a thought. Don't hate me because I have never encountered your situation.

Graveyard rez? Or a rez from a fellow player?
This is where the miscommunication is. Others are implying fellow player.

over the past week i was in the battlegrounds ATLEAST 20 hrs, i died ATLEAST 200 times...
it's either a weird bug or something on your end because not one time - except for when i ressed into an AoE- has my health and mana bars been any different from what they are supposed to be
and you get item durability loss in the zone, just not from DYING...

That's good to know. Normal durability loss kind of sucks, but the lack of dealth % loss is good. That's always been one thing that's held me back from joining battlegrounds.

I'm sorry. You lost durability on test. Furor said it would be fixed and it obviously got fixed. My brain forgot to update that new data.
Lenardo, this is happening to me in warsong. I've never been to alterac. How's it for you in warsong? Or are you doing both? I know you love AV. I wish i'd been doing AV since Warsong doesn't give CP on our server.
I dont see most people rez with full mana. Just, never as low as me.
Tell your friend at blizzard to contact blackhand/horde.hughheifer if he wants to disect the problem
