Alt Tab in win XP

I recently got a new computer and it has win xp. I was using win ME. I always play EQ with EQwindows. When playing on my ME computer I can be in EQ then hit alt tab and it would take me over to the other program that is running, most likely internet explorer. Now on my new computer, using XP, I do alt tab and nothing happens. I asked someone in my guild and they said that I have to download something from microsofts website in order to change EQ's restriction on alt tabing.



I scowered the microsoft website and I can't find it. I trying searching in a couple forums, this one included and I couldn't find it mentioned.



Does anyone have a link to where I could download that service pack or what ever it is? Or if anyone even knows the name of it I might be able to look it up better.

Thi isn't an issue in XP... it's an issue with the way EQW is compiled.

to download the Windows Application Compatibility Toolkit. Install it.

You'll need to make an entry in that utility for EQW, specifying Explorer command extensions, or soemthing close tot hat. You'll need to experiment a bit but it shouldn't be too hard to get it working.
