Level 48 Iksar monk looks for quests or MOBs to upgrade gear

Hi guys, I am looking for some quest or MOB to upgrade my gear, you can assume my gear is just like a newbie (Actually I am still using some newbie armor and no weapon <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif ALT=":("> ). You can proably get some decent stuff in Dalnir. Cresent armor and Fighting Batons pwned a few years ago =)

Crystal Caverns has the crystal covered shroud that is very good for monks.. and a weight reducing pack that drops. You might also want to look at killing for acryllia bricks/blocks as they can be made into acryllia armor which are better than our Thurg/HoT armor in fact. You could sell it and buy the armor or, if you are or know a tailor, can get it made for you.



City of Mist has a rare chance of dropping a Wu's stick which isn't bad. You'll also want to consider going to Maiden's Eye and asking the zone politely if a Goranga Spiked Club is rotting and if you can loot it. It's 12/23(?) and no-drop so they rot often.. pretty decent primary weapon.
