Anyone using the Quartz 1.2 UI?

I've downloaded it, followed the readme.txt to the letter, and I'm still stumped. It says in the readme to run noncaster.bat, which I do, and all I get is a quick black box, which I assume means it ran. When I log on and /loadskin quartz, I get something resembling the screens you see of it, but all mangled and with caster stuff. Do I have to run the noncaster.bat file with a special program or something? Help!

I am running it, my suggestion would be load the skin up, camp out of EQ and then copy that windows placement files UI_name_# again into the main EQ folder and start it up again.

If not just send an e-mail to the writer of it, he was very nice in helping me get it going.
