View Full Version : I did it, I'm $99 poorer.

I used to be able to play games for hours and hours. Now I buy a steam sale game and play it for 30 min before not playing it anymore. I keep telling myself I will get around to playing it. The games I've played lately just don't pull in me in like they used to. (with the exception of Antichamber wow that game rocked)

So I have watched a couple videos for EverQuest Next Landmark. I could see it coming out and me not getting into it. But the fear of it coming out and I do get into it, and I didn't sign up for the early perks made me get the early pack.

Now I just have to wait until I can get in, and I hope to get loads of play time out of it.

I am very interested in the game, but haven't been convinced sufficiently to drop the coin.

Everquest Skylanders Ed. Think I'll give it a miss.

I don't get it, what did you spend $99 on? the game is not out yet and only taking applications for beta and that's free.

He bought the founders pack thing. Which gets you in to alpha and into beta. It also gives you a handful of in-game rewards/perks. I bought it to. But only because I want to get in early to start giving them suggestions on how not to fuck it up.

How do you do this?

It gets easier to buy one of those options after you watch a couple of videos about it.

My brother and I bought the Trailblazer pack as well. I'm hoping for access before January ends!
