So the problem here is that there is something stupid going on with some of our models. If you've seens dragons, snakes and other NPCs hopping up in the air, you've seen the problem. I can fix the fact that the thing that triggers the event wasn't seeing people (because of this hopping bug), but Vergalid is still going to be hopping. Hopefully code can figure that issue out and fix it.
