First of all, congrats on finally getting that annoying key done!
Down to the nitty gritty. I'll list my recommendations based upon your profile, I'm not very sure how your guild's DKP system works since I've never personally been on one, and know that several variants exist. If you go through VT a lot (say, 20-30 times) you probably can get all of items depending on DKP costs. Leaving out all those nifty PoTime items too, a bit too far for most people to look at.
1. Lunar Covered Fungus Tunic (Best tunic available, regen is useful in downtimes, for close calls, for soloing. Only to be replaced by Fennin BP or Ton Po's. From Mini Aten.)
2. Talisman of Vah Kerrath (One of the best neck items, 8 hp regen, 20 attack, ultravision, 8 point ds. Only equivalent neck available would be Necklace of Reflected Flames. From AHR.)
3. Earring of Eradication (Better earrings only exist in elemental planes: Fang of Flame, Clawed Earthcrafter's Hoop, Earring of the Living Earth, Pulsing Emerald Hoop, or equivalents in Agnarr's Crystallized Rain. From AHR)
4. Earring of Falling Stars (as per above. From TVK)
5. Girdle of Focus (Nice belt, you can possibly pass on this with your current belt and just wait. Upgrades for it: Valiant Belt of Fallen Heroes(MM) or elementals - Double Woven Kelp Cord, Cord of the Pyre, Girdle of Earthen Stability. From TVK)
6. Mark of Shadows (I prefer this over Cerulean Sleeves due to attack, and it might be easier to get for you as it should drop more often. Best arm filler for a while until Ton Po's. From later blobs)
7. Leg Guard of Shadows (Somewhat low on the list because while 50+ attack rules for DPS, I would try to put them into other slots first. I wouldn't bother trying for the other 2 legs that drop here, with your current AoW legs. Seaweed Woven Leggings would be the PoP alternative. From AHR)
8. Shroud of Vigor (Ok, I said I liked attack, but the alternative shoulders (Spiked Shoulderpads) have no sta on them, and are also 1.0 wt heavier. Upgrades from PoP would be Flowing Moss Mantle, or Xegony shoulders, or Ensorcelled Metalcloth Cape. From DXXT)
9. Cloak of the Black Wind (Best haste item overall available in VT. Unfortunately, it goes on the back, where the most 100 hp+ items are available. From later blobs)
10. Cloudy Mark (Unless you're currently questing Spirit Wracked Cords, or NToV bracelets like a Silver Bracelet of Speed, this will hold you over until Ton Pos. From Mini Aten)
11. Sandals of Contemplation (Very common drop, and worth buying unless you're really hoping for another item here. Other better shoes would be from Emp, Seru, RZ, elementals or Ton Po's. From the first blob)
12. Mask of Resilance (Nice overall mask, better in weight than the Crimson Runed Mask, and possibly less dkp. However, generally off a rarely done route, and if you can wait, there are some good alternative face items, for example Visor of Endless sight from one of the easy Zeks, or Baroque Mask of Flame (SolRo), or Fine Hammered Faceguard, or Great Mask of Flame. Other things to look out for (if cheap)
-Orb of Evasion (barely a minor upgrade, but super common. Blob1)
-Orb of Satisfaction (same as above, but hey you can annoy your friends with burnt bread on raids. Later blobs)
-Cloak of Icy Shadows (Good cloak, but mob may not be done often. TVK)
-Ring of the Crimson Bull (35 sta and 100 hp will boost your HPs, but it looks like you are close to 10th ring? Also, you have an the shissar ring already for pure HP. It's fairly easy to get a Steel Ring of Earthen Resistance Crafted once you're in Planes as well. DXXT)
-Earring of Battle (not as good as the previously 2 listed earrings.)
-Hoop of Chaos (a good Ear/Ring, but only if you can't win the other items. TXD)
-Ring of Resistance (low hp's for wearing, great buff. Sort of a toss-up. Off last blob)
