On 7th, we have 3 earth camps, Front, Middle, and Back earth. One of the named mobs from ME drops leather boots, that's how I got mine. I've yet to see a leather bracer drop anywhere, including Sol Ro. Hat is fairly common too from another named. Aside from that, there's the SoFW from Laef, 1 grouppable, and then Auliffe, as mentioned before, has the GS4W and leather tunic.

Go after Auliffe Chaoswind as much as possible. He has your best items. Then camp ME and fire for other ornate leather patterns. You might also get an Idol of the Wavecrasher from Oreen Wavecrasher in Water. But always go after Auliffe when possible.
