Elemental Weapons Question

Hi.



I'm recently elemental (barring fire) flagged, and I'm considering weapons upgrades.



From what I hear, with low ATK, the order goes like this:



REBB>MSS>GSOT4W for 2handers.



I am however confused as to how 1handers work.



My potential loot options are: Battle Fists, REBB, MSS, and maybe the 1hander from earth.



I'm currently using the Rotting Fist (16 +1disease/20) from Bertox and a WLK.



If I win battle fists, how close will the battle fists + Rotting fist combo come to, say, a MSS or REBB? I'm not so much concerned with ripostes here.



On mobs where it lands, the rotting fist dot adds a bit over 4dps.



I don't want to loot a battle fist, and then find that the REBB dominates it, but if the Battle fist comes relatively close I can consider it closer.



edit: I have Fero 1, CF 1, Ingenuity 1 for offensive aas - no PB or ambidex.

Monks have already done all the bitching a class possibly can, so they are pretty much out of steam. I doubt [SOE] can do anything that can phase those that were lvl 60 monks at the time of the mitigation nerf.

I thought you were asking for Elemental weapons and none of those weapons that you listed aren't elemental. BF and REBB both are not that rare, get both is you can. Otherwise, I think REBB can outdamage your 1h combo choice.

*nod* sorry about that, what I meant is I have access to mini drops in air/earth/water in addition to the 2 weapons I listed that I'm sure we can handle.

I have a pretty low attack . ( I think anways) and I have a stone etched mallet. from earth. it is an awesome offhand weapon and I would reccomend it in a heart-beat
