Curious if anyone knows a place to order beef jerky that beats the store cost for bags like

Not that specific brand or anything just an example. The only thing I'd exclude is "jerky" that is a tube o'meat like a slim jim.

any specific size? I work for a vending company, and we sell those little 1.5oz bags.

"Check out our Beef, Turkey, Ostrich, Buffalo, and Venison Jerky on out catalog pages!"
Wow!
A bit OT, but if any of you guys have not had Indian-style smoked salmon belly strips - rectify that cosmic imbalance as soon as you are able.

Have you thought about making your own? Dehydraters are not that expensive anymore and would pay for itself in a short time if you like jerkey.
A few years back I started making my own. Partially from Deer Hunting and buying meat from the market. It took me several tries to get it to where I like it. But even the not so perfect batches were not bad.
the cost of the dehydrator has never deterred me, but I was told a while back with the cost of beef its a lot of time and effort for just a small amount of savings. It is something I have not looked into for a while though.

understand your point. I supplemented much from deer hunting, but considering the price of jerkey/weight from a convenient store or even Sams lets say, I find it hard to believe you wouldnt save a substantial amount once you leveled out with the cost of the dehydrater and seasoning. I don't know. I am thinking of the cost of jerkey here at about 6.00$ per packaged bag(typical largest bag from a convenient store) compared to what 6.00$ can buy you in meat of equal weight. And to your other point, hard to put a price on time, but I certainly can understand that being a factor.

By the way Ryum. Maybe you dont want to buy this from 'this' place.
However I saw that same brand filling shelves at Big Lots. I'm pretty sure thats the cheapest your going to find it, assuming the expiration date on the bags are reasonable.
which brand? the picture was just the most ready img I could post. If big lots has Robert's kind that's pretty cool.
