Faction for ToVK

Anyone know what faction you can get Talisman of Vah Kerrath (Aten Neck) with?



Lots of the guild says "High Amiable" and I was at kindly so I went for it and won... now I'm not 100% on handing it in.

The faction is with "whisperling" which as far as I know is almost impossible to lose. Most people get high enough faction after 20 minutes in Akehva Ruins. If for some reason you are too low, AR is the place to build it up. Of course, the key to finding out if you can do it or not is to go through the dialog and see if you are given the quest.
