PM from russian spambot or scammer

Fatal just FYI I got a PM from a Russian scammer or spam bot. It was full of cyrillic, and some dodgy looking links.

If you want it forwarded for inspection just let me know.

Shoulda looked at this section before I hit report, I got it too. Even got a pop up that said it wanted to run a script on my comp.

Made it so you need x amount of posts to send a pm. Should help with this issue. Still looking for a way to delete them.
