Welp, whos got these?
Playing through both right now... it's hard to manage time between them (yay for gba in lecture classes tomorrow)
this post should be spoiler free from me, others, i dont know... if you reply with something that people wouldn't want to know (story twists, special events, etc), please say that it's a spoiler first ^_^
First impressions:
Fusion: Very well done... has the Super Metroid feel and look. Story is pretty good so far (i'm only on the 4th transporter thing) The control scheme is perfect... using r to use missles is badass. More to come later probably...
Prime: I'm enjoying this one as well... graphics are superb, and gameplay is excellent... control scheme is set up fairly well (will take a while to get it mastered, but other than that, it's rather easy to use and *mostly* convenient) The first person perspective is interesting... it's kind of annoying switching between scan and attack modes (i guess there's more later on) I wish there was a third person view other than the ball, but it's done really well the way it is. I love the morph ball too... it's beautiful. Looking to be a great game so far...
Anyone elses thoughts?
