Anyone got a mend timer link?

I can't seem to get a mend timer on my UI when i download the complete sets.. could anyone post a link of a site where i can download them?

DROOL! Planning on doing Raster soon. Not only can I put up Mend, Resist, Fearless but I can also put the amount of time between pops. Nice!

Does anyone know of a timer that is changeable in game, so I can set up my spawn times in game instead of having to go back to this site every time I goto a new place?
