View Full Version : Problem with Bard Box...

01-20-2003, 04:34 AM
I just started using Sars' UI v3.0, and it is working great. However, today when I grouped with a bard, the songs were not showing up, and then I realized the short duration box was not even on my screen. I was talking to a few people in the Sensei chat about it, however, I cannot seem to fix my problem. I have tried alt e multiple times, with no luck. Here is what it currently says under my "UI_Awdd_20" file.

[ShortDurationBuffWindow]

XPos1280x1024=934

YPos1280x1024=727

BGTint.red=255

BGTint.green=255

BGTint.blue=255

Fades=FALSE

Delay=2000

Duration=500

Alpha=255

FadeToAlpha=128

Locked=false

XPos1280x960=635

YPos1280x960=500

Width=59

Height=301

Show=1

I was wondering if anyone may be able to tell me what I can edit in this, or perhaps another file, to fix my problem.

All help is appreciated, thank you.

Are you playing in 1280x1200 mode? If there are no errors in uierrors, your buff box is there, just off the screen.

What is your video mode? If it is 1280x1200, edit the lx and y pos to be 200 and 200. If the mode you use isn't listed, add it and make the position 200x200. Then move it to where you want it in game.

--your file you pasted--

[ShortDurationBuffWindow]

XPos1280x1024=934

YPos1280x1024=727

XPos1280x960=635

YPos1280x960=500

------------------------

Both of those should be valid, if you use either of those resolutions. Shrug.

I'm using 1280x1024 atm

which numbers should I be changing to 200x200? Both, or just one of the sets of coords?
