Help - XML Editor

I am really happy with the skin I use but make changes to it occasionally using a text editor. Was wondering if there was a graphical editor available

I think there is a java based UI editor out there somewhere as well, but I can't recall the name of it. I'd imagine you could find info on it on either eq.stratics.com/eqskins/ (http://eq.stratics.com/eqskins/) or www.eqinterface.com/ (http://www.eqinterface.com/).
