Tilric UI - now with bard box

- I play in a window using 1152x864 resolution - would probably fit in 1024x768 window though.

- Shrank the buff icons a tad to make room for bard buff window

- Friends window is now a row of all inventory slots except weapons and range for quick swap, instaclicks

- As before, pet window is the stat block window

Just a little problem, the buff window was showing big text when press alt, but now those text are a bit too small. How do I make it bigger?
