Quartz UI and windows XP

I tried to install Quartz on my comp that has windows xp on it, it doesnt work...i dont know if i did everything right, but i followed the website directions and didnt get anywhere. i downloaded it onto a friends comp who has win 2000 and did all the same things, but it worked...need some help )

I use Quartz 1.5 and works Fine on my XP box. I have been getting an error message when zoning though. I believe that has something to do with the new MP3 player.
