ingame MP3 player

im using vert ui, and i cant get the mp3 player to work...i hear that it was only usable with the old ui, but i put every .xml file i could think of in my vert file, but still wont work. just wondered if there was an update or if i shouldnt worry about it. let me know <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">

you have to edit equi.xml and add in:



<Include>EQUI_MusicPlayerWnd.xml</Include>

<Include>EQUI_FileSelectionWnd.xml</Include>



between the composite tags



should work fine then.

Make sure your sound is turned on too. If it isnt the window wont even show up.

i really liked Geist's UI, stinks that he doesnt work in it anymore...and vert was the next one i saw...what do you recomend?



i dont have a great sound card, so i had it turned off through EQ lol, so that might be why...but when i type Alt K the player doesnt even show up, i added the 2 lines that Pank recomended to my equi file, added the player xml files to my folder and still doesnt get the window to pop. ohh well, its not a big deal anyway, i usually watch movies as i play the game...so not having music at the same time might be better <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/tongue.gif ALT=":b">
