Please, i need help with UIfiles.

i cant use my current UI, any idea how i can get this to work, simply just crash to desktop when i try to load my char, well i made it load default so i can play atleast, but do you know how to get an old UI to work again ?



Can you post some links to homepages where i can find some UIfiles, as the only one i know is eq.stratics.com and they dont have amny i like <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">

As to how to get your old one to work, sometimes when you patch, they add new files needed for the UI to run. Go to the directory you keep EQ in, look in the default folder under uifiles. Sort by date. Select the most recently changed files, copy them to your custom folder. Should work after that.

Look in the EQ directory for a file called UIErrors.txt.

This file should tell you what is wrong with your UI. Correct the issue(s) it reports and try again. If it stillr eports errors, rinse and repeat.
