Or maybe the average on an inverse logarithmic scale? I can keep coming up with really, really strange ways to calc it. It needs a bias to the top level in the group, but the penalty pretty quickly adds up.One thing I should note...
The biggest jump in total AA XP currently occurs when an NPC moves from dark blue to blue. All other points on the scale, its a linear change, but at that shift you lose the dark blue bonus which doubles the base XP of the NPC.
That will no longer be the case after Tuesday. We changed the experience formulas so that the dark blue bonus scales slowly downward starting at 6 levels below you instead of going away entirely. So, once that is in place, adding someone who changes the con from dark blue to blue shouldn't have the drastic effect it does now.
