Same way you did with the Old UI.
Got into Options, Keyboard. Look for User Defined option ( or Hotkeys, something like that ). Find the one for epic's slot, enter 'E' in the right column. Look for the one that ties to FK or what ever you used and enter 'E' in the right column.
The functionality didn't change, just the interface.
