What do you suggest we use for the pointer.



The fist is rounded and isnt very good as a pointer.. any suggestions?

I think it should have a crosshair or arrow in the top left corner as the selection and an animated yin-yang bubble in the bottom right.

Since our epic is by nature not normal weapon, it would be difficult to apply it to normal cursor aesthetics..



an alternative would be to use the epic fist icon, with a star or something indicating impact, and the epic bubbles flowing..



When I say star, Im referring to sort of a text bubble that might be used in a comic book to indicate the action... ie POW, BIFF, BAM...

I say ya make the cursor a fist...Starting at about halfway down the forearm to the fist with 1 finger extended and bubbles coming off the fist...Basically like a hand pointing with bubbles.

ok.. a couple folks have sent me screenshots of the stick in game. Im trying to edit them now.. its just a little slow since the stick in every picture crosses a black background and its kinda hard to tell where the stick ends and the back ground begins but i'm working on it. guys.. no mater what i try with the brawlstick, when shrunk down to an acceptable cursor size, it just looks like shit.. pardon my french.. probably because it's black .. i dunno.

Yes, I was dead at the time, and Korph's character file was currupt, unable to log in ... I happened to be dragging my corpse around with an alt while waiting for a petition response.



In case anyone is wondering, I got a hold of a GM 2 days later who rolled Korph back to a previous save (100p richer and without any lost exp too hehe .. gm despawned corpse though, didnt want duplicate items)

I think a red glow around it would be good. Maybe a monk epic bubble at the base for show, but that may be to busy.





edit: you can make an animated cursor, why not have bubbles, tiny bubbles coming from the base of it?
