Need some help?!?!

Alright i need help. I'm trying to turn the pet window into a pulling window. Basically an extra set of hotkeys. I know i wont be able to access them with keyboard nbrs but thats fine doesnt bother me much, i just want the dam thing to work. I got it made and looks good, well as good as i can make it look i guess. The problem is I am not able to put hotkeys into it. You know how you right click and hold down on sit to move it into your normal hotkey bank. I cant do that for some reason. I'm looking for a fix or a reason as to why it cant be done.
