Never tried to make this before, so I figured I'd run this by here being as the monk boards always has someone that knows at least something about whatever the topic is.

So when making chicken, rice, and cream of mushroom soup. Do you just cook the rice, and spread it in the bottom of a casserole dish. Then cook the chicken (skinless, boneless breasts in this case), put it on top of the rice. Then dump some cream of mushroom soup on top and toss it in the oven?

I make this with a layer of cheddar cheese too.

I cok with Minute rice, so i make it on the side, pan fry the chicken breats in olive oil for a min or so to get it a little crispy. mix rice and mushroom soup in casarole dish, top with chicken. Bake till chicken is done, hit it with shredded chedder, and let it melt as it stands for a few.

If you get your timing right, you could add somne water to the mushroom soup, mix in the rice, and bake that. Add the chicken at a certain time, and when it's done, top w/ cheese, toss under the broiler. It'll taste much better this way, but it'll take a tad bit of experimentation to get it perfect.
