Here's my UI, it's very similar in layout to the one posted by Ryona, but designed for the 1024x768 user.

Installation is pretty straight forward, although I have not set the window defaults to reflect the layout i use. To get the windows in the correct locations, just use the UI ini file included in the zip. Change it's name to refelct your character before load and place it in the base EQ directory. Everything should load as I have my UI layed out then.
Much of the design is my own, but I must give credit to the other mods that I utilized in my own UI. The Buff window is a tweaked version of the small icon with labels buffs Mod. The Player, Group and Target windows all build off of the Advanced UI released very early on. The reskinned compass comes from an RL friend and guildmate of mine. Basically, i just tweaked everything and did some redesigns to fit into the area I wanted my UI.
I would like to build a custom skin for it, but I haven't had the time nor am i very graphically inclined. There is a very minor graphical update of my own, but otherwise it mostly uses standard graphics tweaked to my liking.
If anyone wants to skin the thing for me, that would be cool. I'd like something kinda metalic i think ;0
