UI question about the right click menu's and disableing

Wanted to know if there was a way to disable the right click menu's in the new UI...the ones that allow you to change fade level, background color, and lock the window. It is very annoying to just slightly miss and get the menu. I have all my stuff set up the way I want and dont need to see this every other time I try and click on something. I have a UI that I pieced together from other's and modified them a bit to my likeing, so am not a total newb at changing them. Any help would be appreciated.

To my understanding, there is no way to remove the right-clicking of the windows.



The only thing that I think works is making them transparent, but then that can cause other useability issues.

Nope, making them transparent doesn't work either. The stupid menus still come up. ARRRRGH
