Hitsmode autoscroll help?

I saw in a message up in the pinned "Patch Message" that you can take away the chat bar from the second window made for hitsmode. How do I do this? And is there a way to make the chat autoscroll so that after a fight the window clears out like the old hitsmode did? If so how do I do that also?

Currently, both them options aren't avaliable.



The only way the one screen shot "removed" the chat input line was placing the bottom part of the window off screen. Giving the illusion it's gone, but not really gone.
