*shake fist at SK mobs*

since last patch i have found this damn bug .. annoying me beyond word:



new sk spell : Despair



im always in howling stone i know this zone and its mobs very well; since last patch with teh new SK spells active these squeleton sepulchre are casting Despair( never heard of it)



the effect? reduce atk rate

the problem? it completely block my epic effect;

ok i know epic is composed of 3 part : atk rate: ac + and haste .... i reported the bug but i wonder if any other noticed it.



the only good thing is being lvl 59 and putting my MR to 105 i will resist most of time .. but when i dont it last over 2 minutes .... BLEH !

ok ; since i didnt check first if it was new ( i have npc/pc spells off often to reduce spam in raids) so i must admit it was probably already there as you mention ; but i never noticed it before tho ; only since the last patch i get cast on it all the time and when it finally stick on me it block epic effect totally;



im just wondering if any others had the same problems

yeah it sucks. you probably didnt notice it before resist changes then, it really never landed til they went live. i had it land maybe 3x before that, ever.

You know, one thing I have noticed with a couple SKs lately (since the last patch), is that they have "missed" me with their HTs. Maybe just a bug, or I've gotten confused (don't pull THAT many sk mobs), but a couple times I've tagged a Xi Vus with a pet, or a centien, and run off, and seen the same animation for HT as they are pursuing me, but with no noticeable result.



Almost seems like they don't have Extended Range VIIXMMCLL for their HTs anymore.

HT (that is used by NPCs) was changed recently to be a spell that they cast rather than ability. It now has a range limit and (very fast) cast time, so if you run out of range right as they are casting it then you can miss them. This is quite handy as with practice you can use it to avoid most HTs if you have enough room to run.
