New Cooldown Time on Mend?

i was just getting these, "you must wait XX more seconds before mending again" messages, these would occur when mend came back up and a hit the button again.

That is the solution to the old Mend Bug - used to get that message and would have to wait 6 minutes again. They fixed it now so that it doed actaully reset in a couple of secs etc.

Last night I had a bug that said I had to wait approx 4.3 million seconds to use mend again, and it was counting down. I had to camp to desktop to fix it. Then later that might Mend got stuck on the 'used' side. After 20 minutes of waiting out of curiosity, camped to desk again to fix.
